    Hello,

    Our site has a color section with a video background at the top of our homepage. It used to work just fine – but now apparently the video background won’t load until you hit OK to accept cookies, and then refresh the page. the video is an .MP4 upload to our media library. Can you help me find a solution to this?

    Sorry for the problem. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Sorry, I didn’t see that there was a theme update available – but that was it, updating fixed the issue. Thanks!
