Hi, I’m using the Instagram widget. It shows ‘Instagram has returned invalid data.
pictures are showing but video content show a blank plz help!
Thema version 4.5.7
WP Version 5.2.2

WHat are the settings you have put on the widget? Which is the account you want to show?

Same problem… Every once in a while we have this problem. It doesn’t matter if I get the photos from Instagram or cache them on the server.
Of course I have the latest theme version (4.5.7. as we speak)

Would be really great if we could get rid of this error for once and for all ;)

Hey Basilis,

I have set allot of instagram accounts on my website. All our sponsored atletesrunners have a instagram account on our website.
this is the error i receive at the widged page https://imgur.com/a/zUBfNYw

i already provided my login details so if you mind taking a look would be wonderful.

Hi all! Same here with 4.5.7. Updating to 4.6.1 didn’t fix the problem (and broke headers font).
I will install one of those plugins… : (

Sorry for the troubles. We are still not sure why the widget is not working on some installations. Temporarily, you can use one of the plugins suggested above.
