Hello,
I want to update to 4.5. but it does not work through the admin panel. I have read a lot about the subject here and I understand that you can do it yourself.

When the theme is 4.5, do the same guidelines apply to faster loading of the site? I have used these: https://kriesi.at/archives/scoring-100-100-in-google-pagespeed-insights-gtmetrix-pagespeed-and-yslow
But there are changes in July at the Google and do not know if they are up to date?

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

The blog post you are referring to is still valid.

Hi,
can we ask you to do it for us. We tried to follow thw instructions but we failed. No problem if there is a fee for this, we will pay it. THanks a lot!

Hi,
Thank you for the login, but I notice that your PHP is v5.3.28
where the minimum recommended PHP version is 5.6, please ask your webhost to update your PHP to at least 5.6, or version 7 would be better.
