    I’m trying to update the theme. Now i have the 3.6.1 version installed. But after input the purchase code, i request to verify the updates and this messages appear.

    Thanks for the details, does you site have a URL as well? The warnings you are getting should not affect any functionality on the site.

    URL is mediaportal.com.br.
    Two things are happen:
    1 – I cant update the theme.I’m using 3.6.1. So old. Is this not due to the error? Which is?
    2 – When i try to use the classic editor to work on my pages, they don’t load. Maybe its related with the theme version or something.

    Hi,

    Yes that version is very old, I think you should consider updating to 4.5.5. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please delete the old version of the theme, then upload the new one. Also make sure that you have backups of the site before you start updating.
