    Hi,

    Please backup your theme settings first. Find the step by step instruction in the docs.

    I checked your site and the Enfold theme does not look right to me in the dashboard. Did you download the theme from themeforest?

    Please deactivate all plugins and re-install a fresh copy and try again.
