    Hello everybody,
    Unfortunately, the shopping cart on phone does not work in my shop. I can not explain this because it is actually only a page with a shortcode.

    Could you support me here briefly.
    The cart just doesn’t work on the phone

    Hello, yes I can make it clear, only you will not see anything! When I click on the shopping cart button with my cell phone, I automatically return to the homepage of my website. It is always the same! I have already tried to integrate the shopping cart directly into the main menu and refer to the URL, but the problem persists. It is somehow due to the URL / shopping cart.

    So I check it at the moment when I get a Product to my cart and then I will go to the shopping cart “Warenkorb anzeigen” the page reload and it switch to the homepage of my website. I don’t know how I can show you?!



    I’m very sorry for the late reply. Let’s see if I understand the problem; you add a product to the basket, then when you click the shopping cart icon the page redirects to the home page? If so then I can reproduce the problem on my end.

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
