because only the shrink factor decides the divisors on that lines ( you can shorten out the absolute height on beginning )
your decision is only the shrink_factor now. if you like to shrink 5 times ( f.e. from 100px to 20px) the divisior on line 76 is 5
    on line 64 the divisor is 5 / (5-1) = 1.25

what enfold version have you installed.
    what WordPress Version is it.
since Wp 5.6 there is jQuery 3.5.1 – but newest Enfold (since 4.8) this should be no problem anymore

    Hi Axel,

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Best regards,
    Rikard

By the way Rikard – that little Plugin “Update Themes and Plugins from zip file” was in former times the instrument of choice if I wanted to execute smaller updates – otherwise I have always executed the updates over ftp.
Since I also initially had the 4.8 on it I thought that I will now install the 4.8.1 in this way. In the meantime, this plugin is included in the new WP (5.6.x) versions, which is why you no longer need this plugin with the newer WordPress versions.
So WordPress notices even when uploading a theme zip files, whether it is an existing theme and you can then decide for the update procedure.

    Hi,
It was working fine. But now that I have udgraded PHP version to 8.2 it gives me an error:
Warning: Undefined variable $vn in /home/clients/464ab434df4e26a0e5610929e267f33d/sites/wp-content/themes/enfold-child-copie/functions.php

I have done all updates (WordPress 6.2, Enfold 5.5).

    Do you know what’s wrong?

    #1403425

    Hey @mica_konrad,

This option was added to the Enfold theme options > Header > Header Behavior (https://i.imgur.com/ieg8bL8.png) in Enfold 5.5. You no longer need to use custom code for it.

    Cheers!
