Hi, I have used enfold six times. I want to use enfold for a new project. But I have a problem with two purchases from before. A developer built them. After we stopped working together and I asked them for the purchase code so I could follow up with Kriesi (and register) for support they kept sending me the invoice # for the purchases. How can I get support for those sites? And how do I prevent this problem from happening again?

Sorry for the problems. If you need to register on the forum then you only need one valid purchase license. We can’t really control if someone else than the “real” owner buys the theme, it’s something you will have to work out with the third party.
For your problems with updates; did you try to update manually via FTP? I’m not sure if you have access to the theme files, but if you do then please try that out: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
