Hello,
i want to use a different permalink structure for the custom post type “portfolio”. I want to use / lexikon / instead of / portfolio /. Unfortunately, the settings in the permalinks setting do not work. I checked htaccess and saved it several times.
Can you please have a look.
Thanks Chris

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

October 2, 2020 at 6:21 am #1249976Hi,
Thanks for that update, I must have copied the password wrong yesterday, the details are working. I tried activating the parent theme, and the permalinks work as they should after that. Could you try removing all your customisations in the child theme and add them back one by one to see which customisation is causing the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 12, 2020 at 9:14 am #1252205thanks! it has something to do with the custom post type changes. I made changes so that this custom post type is called “lexikon” and no longer Portfolio. Is it possible for both to work? Maybe change the permalinks first, then make the changes in the ChildTheme?
Best regards
Chris
