I can not see my pagebuilder anymore from the Enfold theme. What can I do see it again and to change the page with it?

I see i have to update the theme but i am afraid everything will be lost. Can you help me?

Hi,

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

Your site won’t be lost on update, just make sure that you have proper backups of the site in case something should go wrong.

When I upload the zip file I get the answer it failed because there is no style.css stylesheet.

Hi Hetty,

Thanks for that, the WordPress details are working but the FTP details don’t seem to work. We need FTP details as well if something should go wrong, please check and verify.

I do not understand. I can go into the FTP with the information i send to you. But I had the FTP server open maby that was the problem. Can you try it again?
