    Hello,

    I purchased Enfold them today. But, it is supposed to be installed on 2 different domains (ie french and english of the same site but two different domains) – do I have to purchase a second enfold product?
    And right now it will be installed on a sub domain and will be exported and installed on a domain on a different plateform later (the end
    Also, I do not know where to ask this questions. When installing, I get an error after 100% is reached (in french and translating here) saying ”The link you followed as expired” while installing the theme on a brand new installation. What is this? I did not install it anywhere else.
    Please advise. If I cannot use this installation for both my websites, please refund me. I purchased it today.

    Hey Brigitte Cloutier,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The single license can only be used for a single site or domain as described on the Themeforest license page. You have to purchase another license if you’re planning to use it on a sub domain.
    Please note that you don’t need to have a separate domain for each language if you’re using the Polylang or W P M L plugin.

    Thank you for your response. The domain name is an acronym and in English it is not the same as French so we must purchase 2 seperate domains. So it means I must purchase another license? And, my link does not work, as I get the message error ”It is expired”, as if I had already used it. I did not, I can assure you this. What are my options?

    Hi Brigitte,

    In your case, you can use a single license. Regarding “expired” issue, could you please try installing the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/?
