Hi all,
I added a Layerslider on our website: http://www.pictas-collective.com and I got an error. You can see the error on our website.
What can I do?

Sorry for the problem. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please include admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

I don’t want to make the update because I don’t have a child theme and I made many changes with your help in the css. I give you an access to the backend, maybe you can fix this error.
And a second question please, can you make for me a child theme and I pay for that? Because I don’t understand this very well ;-( Then I could make updates.

Thanks for the update. We can’t support old versions only because you haven’t installed a child theme. Please install a child theme and move your modifications in there, then update the parent theme to see if that helps. You can do it all on a staging version of the site first, if you don’t want to risk anything with your live site.

It’s not difficult to install a child theme. First you download it from here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/. Then you copy all of your customisations in the correct place. Also import your parent theme settings under Import/Export, once you have installed and activated the child theme.
