    Hi there,
I use LayerSlider a long time. Now it isn’t probably not possible to save anything. The following message was gave to me on the switch of the name or the changing any URL …

It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check LayerSlider → Options → System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error: Internal Server Error

Got anybody an idea, what’s the problem? Thank a lot for your answer.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try deactivating all plugins, to see if that changes anything.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

now it works. It was necessary to update WP! The update for the theme was brand new and I did that. After that I had to log out of WP, because saving to LayerSlider was still not possible.
Okay. After the next login I was able to do one or two steps and save. Then LayerSlider had to be closed again. It was not possible to save all necessary changes at once. With too many steps the error message came again …??! But now everything is ok and the page is running.

    Thanks a lot, best regards,
    Enfold-User

    Hi,

Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working again. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
