Hi and thank you all in advance for taking the time to look over my issue.
I recently came back from leave. The site was set to auto-update with the Enfold theme but the WordPress instance was not. Once the update was pushed live editing became a problem. With the latest version block code release etc. the edit pages would only return a blank white screen. After adding the classic plugin to normalize the environment, the visual editor looked to be working at first glance. Unfortunately, there are several JS errors being thrown and I can no longer interact with many features, including edits. I have made necessary changes to wp-config, .htaccess, and amendments to javascript files. I disabled all plugins, it was not the issue. I could really use a hand here. I will include the URL below.

VictoriaFebruary 25, 2019 at 4:26 pm #1071326Hi Victoria,
I manually uploaded the latest version of the theme via ftp. The site is still not allowing me to interact with any of the elements. None of them pop up when edit is clicked. JS is still bugged. Thanks .

February 26, 2019 at 8:59 pm #1071981Can you have a look at the console errors.
February 28, 2019 at 7:46 am #1072520Hi,
Did you add this code in the avia_modal.js file?
response = "<html class='responsive'><head>" +res+ "</head><body id='top'> <div id='wrap_all'> <div id='av-admin-preview' class='entry-content-wrapper main_color all_colors "+preview_scale+"'>" +response+ "</div> </div> <!-- WiredMinds eMetrics tracking with Enterprise Edition V5.4 START --> <script type='text/javascript' src='https://count.carrierzone.com/app/count_server/count.js'></script> <script type='text/javascript'><!-- wm_custnum='c4475a106b17cb66'; wm_page_name='avia-modal.js'; wm_group_name='/services/webpages/p/d/pdrestoration.ca/secure/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js'; wm_campaign_key='campaign_id'; wm_track_alt=''; wiredminds.count();
It’s not originally part of that script.

IsmaelMarch 4, 2019 at 8:47 pm #1074507No, i have no active custom scripts. I updated the theme files on this LIVE server as well as my LOCALHOST on my machine. While the update didn’t take properly on the Live server, the Localhost went quite well. Everything seems to be in working order on that end. That said, using wp all-in-one migration tool, i made an export of the localhost then imported to the Live server. I thought at that point my issue would have been addressed but it seems that something more is at play here.
The only other change I can think of that it could be related to is the recently added SSL certificate, as the theme files and the WordPress files are up-to-date.
Your thoughts? Thanks again.
March 6, 2019 at 4:34 am #1075235Hi,
Thanks for the update.
The code the we posted above is not native to the theme. It was added there manually. Please remove the config-templatebuiler > avia-template-builder > assets > js > avia-modal.js file and replace it with a new copy from the latest version of the theme.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 6, 2019 at 11:30 am #1075454Hello,
I removed the file avia-modal.js from the location in the parent theme and replaced it with the latest version downloaded. There was no change and with the dev tools up all the same js errors are being thrown with tinymce and avia-modal.
March 6, 2019 at 11:10 pm #1075692The website is currently inaccessible. Please try again later, as the hosting company is experiencing issues.

March 9, 2019 at 3:29 pm #1076775Hi,
Is it fixed?
Best regards,
BasilisMarch 11, 2019 at 4:38 pm #1077409The domain is available but the edit page brings up a white screen.
March 16, 2019 at 5:16 pm #1079459I am experiencing the exact same problem with the exact same error codes. And I too have not received any answers/fixes from Enfold support.

IsmaelMarch 21, 2019 at 12:22 am #1081103Yes, please assist. I have tried everything i can think of. I have checked file permissions, done ftp transfers. Made the necessary updates on my local machine (where wordpress and enfold work, i might add) and nothing fixes it. The classic editor plugin makes it look like it is going to work but still, the console logs the errors for avia modal and tinymce.
This has gone on for several weeks now and I am forced to make all the updates for the client on my behalf, which means I had to add 60 products myself to the site today and that’s time and money that I am not getting from them.
Please help!
Thank you.March 21, 2019 at 2:44 am #1081125For what it’s worth – I was experiencing all the same theme editing issues and tried all the same fixes, updates, reinstalls, etc. Mine issues were finally resolved when I switched service providers – went from Earthlink to Siteground. Problem solved. Go figure. Don’t know if it will help your situation both it worked for me. I too was down for 3+ weeks.
March 22, 2019 at 8:59 am #1081765Hi!
@therealdeveloper: The custom scripts in the avia_modal.js file are still there. Please make sure that all files are updated and custom modifications are removed. (see private field)

IsmaelMarch 26, 2019 at 12:13 am #1082902I replaced the file with what you provided and the error is still there. Nothing changed…
March 26, 2019 at 12:23 am #1082904To recap. the following steps have been taken:
– disabled the entire plugin folder (NO CHANGE)
– updated theme by uploading theme folder via ftp
– updated avia folder on it’s own via ftp
– replaced local copy of avia modal with entirety of what you provided.
I have checked the SSL. I have verified permissions. I do not know what is happening here. Also, when I looked on the server for this data in avia-modal, the file did not have the code you claimed in it.March 27, 2019 at 1:30 pm #1083575Hi,
The avia_modal.js file still contains this modification.
WiredMinds eMetrics tracking with Enterprise Edition V5.4 START
What is that for? Please get a fresh copy of the avia_modal.js file from the latest version of the theme.
Best regards,
