Issue in Chrome only

Hi there,

I’m noticing some really odd stuff happening on one of our websites when trying to update in Chrome specifically. I don’t run into the same issues on Firefox. One example is the top tool bar (when logged in) doesn’t appear on the front end of the website within Chrome, but it does on Firefox. I’m using Chrome version:
Version 70.0.3538.110

We’re using a Child Theme and Enfold version 4.5. We’re also using WordPress 4.9.8.
