Hi guys, hi Christian,
I can’t believe but the Instagram widget is still not working in Enfold 4.7?
I use Enfold on some sites and on none of them the widget is working now since months.
Errors found:
Instagram hat ungültige Daten zurückgegeben. When comes a solution for this problem?
Thank you and kindly regards,
JürgenJanuary 14, 2020 at 6:26 pm #1173544Hey Jürgen,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our dev team is already looking into the issue, though it may take some time but a patch for this issue should be available soon.
For the meantime, please use some third party instagram plugin until the patch is released.Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 14, 2020 at 6:30 pm #1173548Hi Nikko,
I use a third party since some months, thank you. But my hope was this longtime error would be cleared with the update.
I know Instagram change something with the api but all the third party plugin works fine.So I hope the best theme on the market do it soon without problems too.
Kindly regards,

January 30, 2020 at 4:03 pm #1179944Hi,
We’ll keep the thread open. For now, you can use third party plugins like Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed to display images from Instagram. Thank you for your patience.

IsmaelFebruary 13, 2020 at 7:13 pm #1184249Hi,
today I updated the theme to the latest version of Enfold and the Instagram widget is still not working.
It is sad to see that these situation now is near a year show the same problem.I prefer always Enfold and use it on own projects and projects from customers,
but that the team couldn’t resolve thhis problem over this long period is sad.How are the plans for solving this? When?
Best regards,
JürgenFebruary 14, 2020 at 4:32 pm #1184554Hi Jürgen,
This plugin will be integrated with the theme. There were issues with the Instagram API and some limitations on the shared hosting plans do not allow for Instagram API to work properly on the websites.

RikardSeptember 21, 2020 at 11:00 am #1247308Hi Rikard,
thanks for your respond. Is this plugin GDPR compliant? Unfortunately, I couldn’t see it on their website…
Thanks again.

September 22, 2020 at 2:13 pm #1247627Hi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
If you’re going to use the plugin, you would be accessing your own account and not the site visitors’, so GDPR compliance should not be a problem. To be sure, you could add a note in your privacy page that the site connects to or is using the Instagram API to display certain images.
Best regards,
