    Hi, I try to set the instagram widget but recieve

    Errors found:

    Instagram hat 200 nicht zurückgegeben.

    (I use wp/enfold in german)

    Couldn’t find something at documentation. Any idea?

    Hey Marion.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.4 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/. Issue was fixed already. You can read more about the release here – https://kriesi.at/blog

    Hi Yigit, yes, it’s the latest version. Due to the update, I wanted to use the widget. Actually I’m using a plugin but I love the idea of self hosted thumbnails…
    sorry, I’ve edited the URL, still using a subdomain for staging!

    again the 200 error.

    ah okay, so there seems to be a problem, not just me doing something wrong ;)

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Yogit, sorry I’ve been busy.
    Seems to work now. I have 2 sites, both with the widgets and both had the error. But it seems to work now. I’ll give you the access if it will not work properly tomorrow… I’ve added a new post and will wait if everything will be fine.
    Yet no 200 error and everything is displayed fine. Fingers cross that everything will be fine :)
