HowTo add a checkbox (NewsletterSubscription) to work on these two scenarios?

Hello,

First of all, sorry if this is not the place to make this question.

My case:
I will send some people to my website to get an Extended Warranty in addition to the Standard Warranty of the item they bought.

When they come to the landing page it could be these two scenarios: (I attach an image to explain better)
First Scenario: They fill out name/email and leave UNCHECKED the option to subscribe to my newsletter. Then
• they will get only one email with the link to extended warranty in pdf
• they will not be subscribed to any list.

Second Scenario: They fill out name/email and CHECK the option to subscribe to my newsletter. Then they will get
• one email with the link to the extended warranty in pdf and
• another email to confirm their subscription to the newsletter.

My questions are:

1. Is this possible with Mailchimp that on the first scenario, they get only one email, and then they won’t be subscribed?
2. Somebody knows how to do this with Enfold and maybe with another plugin?

but my question is a little bit different, because I want to send anyway an automatic email in case the person leaves uncheck the newsletter checkbox.
