In my last email i asked support for the Nocti theme.but you are saying you are not author for this theme.
when i check that theme update option it take me to your website

Thanks for the screenshot. That is the Enfold theme, which we are the authors of. Someone has changed the name on your installation.

Also make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (5.5): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
