    When clicking on an image in my gallery it doesn’t trigger the lightbox.

    Can you advise what might be causing the issue please.

    Hey Luke86,

    You are getting 404 errors on some files, I’m not sure if that is related to your problem though. Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, is your parent theme version 4.0.7? If so then please try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5) to see if that helps please: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly, or use a plugin like this in order to upload the new zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/.

    updated, still not working.

    downloaded the latest version, deleted the old parent theme folder and uploaded new theme files.

    Hi Victoria,

    I managed to fix the issue, I had updated the enfold theme to the latest version but not updated the header.php that was in my child theme.
