    Hello,

I’ve spent several hours reading through the forum and trying the various solutions suggested for this issue but none have worked for us. We did not have this issue over the summer when testing, but after making the changes live we are seeing the code [object Object] on any page viewed on a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, android phone, etc.) in place of the full-width layerslider video slides we had. They are set to auto-play and have a fallback image.

I have tried replacing the code from post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fullwidth-easy-slider-with-video-asking-for-object-on-mobile/#post-955294

We cleared the cache and toggled CCS & js compression with no result. The fallback image did not display when these changes were implemented.

We have theme version 4.4.1. There is a notification for an update on our site but the update fails. We are on WordPress 4.9.9 for now to avoid the gutenberg update which caused issues on another site of ours.

Site information in private section. Any help is appreciated – we are anticipating higher than average traffic to our website soon due to a new product release that we plan to promote.

Thank you! My main concern was with the video fallback image loading on mobile devices. Updating the theme fixed the issue.
