Hi
I am developing a new site for a client.
If I try and add the full width Easy Slider on a page, the page just displays the header and footer only and none of the content within the page.
If I remove the full width easy slider, it displays the content OK.August 11, 2020 at 9:08 am #1236620Hey woogie07,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please consider updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.2): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
The links your sent result in 404 pages on my end, please check the URLs as well.
Best regards,

August 11, 2020 at 11:44 am #1236647Hi,
The 404 is another issue I have. The pages do not seem to be loading although the permalinks are set correctly to /post-name.
I can give login details but would not want you to change anything before advising me.
Which email do you want the login set-up for? Thanks

August 13, 2020 at 5:55 am #1237260Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running old versions of both WordPress, the theme and PHP. Could you update the theme and WordPress to the latest versions to see if that helps please? Also make sure that you run PHP 7.2 or higher.

Where is the link for the screen capture attached?
Thanks
MarcusAugust 20, 2020 at 5:23 pm #1239592Hi,
Could you advise on the link for the graphic you sent on theme update?
Also, what would your suggestions be for testing any wordpress/theme updates in a non live environment eg. a staging environment
Thanks
MarcusAugust 24, 2020 at 11:49 am #1240316Hi Marcus,
I shared this link with you. Not sure what screen capture you’re referring to.
Yes, of course, if you have or can set up the staging environment it’s better to do the update on the staging first and test everything over there and then update the live env.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

I am not seeing a link, only a graphic for the update. What is the link?
In terms of a staging environment, do you have any recommendations?
Thanks
