Dear Enfold Team,
Im struggling with the generation of the new Envato private API token. I have several Enfold installations and it seems that one site has been broken in the backend during an WP-update as well as well: the text is not displayed but still can be accessed via the HTML-editor. I tried various solutions which I found in various threads but ended up restoring via backups, and now I am afraid to break more -.-
Anyway, the displayed error message I get in the Theme Update section:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:
Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.
I am a bit desperate here, and spend quite a time reading other forum threads and I am not sure which steps to take first: WP-update or API token. All login credentials are in the private content.
So I humbly take any advice offered.
PS: Still love your theme ;)
