I cant see my enfold theme options. When i click on enfold then there is no options to set layout or any other settings.
Kindly update about this as soon as possible. I have 3 enfold license and I don’t why this problem occurs on a regular basis.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

VictoriaIf I delete all the theme files and install enfold again then the current site will collapse. I have to rebuild the site again. I did the same thing one year back and now again I can’t recreate it.

Please use a child theme and apply the tweaks/modification on the child theme instead of the parent theme (Enfold).

This is the second time I came up with such problems and I can’t get behind the theme every time.I have purchased three licenses- Out of which two of them are from my account named : aaravg
and one from an old account – i forgot the credentials.hello i have the same problem last days the pages are broken, i have updated to the last version of WordPress and Enfold, i m using php 7,4
What can i do to fix that?

@aaravg I updated the theme to the latest version and that fixed the issue. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert Personal Token in Enfold theme options so you receive updates and do not have such issues in future :)
@stamjoe1 I went to Enfold theme options > Performance tab and disabled CSS and JS file merging and compression and that helped. Since you are using CSS and JS minification on a plugin, you can leave that option disabled in Enfold theme options.Regards,

YigitPersonal update… I installed Plugin “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” and everything came up it is diabled in WP 5.5

Is there anyone that can help me?I’ve also found that my attributes and SKU are randomly working one minute in the cart and not working the next. (This is losing me customers as they can’t see sizing when they put it in their cart)
I’ve checked deactivated all plug ins and it isn’t any one them so thinking it may be a theme problem.
