Hi,
I recently updated my enfold theme and I noticed that my Enfold Mailchimp Widget is not consistently working on all pages or all blog posts. Would you be able to help me find out the reason why and how to fix it?
If needed, I provided Temporary login credentials noted in private content section.
Best,
Art

February 25, 2019 at 10:34 am #1071191Hi,
@artngo: It seems to be working properly when I test it. Which widget is not working?Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/WXx9xGr
@jojoba007: Could you give us a link to the actual site?
@ChichesterDesign: Did you select a mailchimp list from the widget?Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 25, 2019 at 11:07 am #1071217@Ismael: Yes, please check the private url. The newsletter is disabled on the homepage, but on all pages it should show, but it isn’t. Check the footers.

February 25, 2019 at 11:26 am #1071229Yes we did, the form works on the main blog page, but not on the individual posts. It doesn’t load the form, just the widget title.
February 25, 2019 at 3:07 pm #1071303This is the live site example:
Blog page form loads: https://www.pureemploymentlaw.co.uk/legal-updates/

@jojoba007: There seems to be an error related to google tag manager. Any idea where it’s coming from?Uncaught ReferenceError: gtag is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):1988) at i (c8231.js:1)
@ChichesterDesign: Have you tried moving the widget inside the “Display Everywhere” widget area?Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 27, 2019 at 6:30 am #1072165Hi Ismael,
Sorry for the delayed response, I was without internet access for the last couple days.
My Enfold Mailchimp subscription visit is set to display “Everywhere” and at “footer – column 1” as per this screenshot
The widget does indeed show on the contact page you clicked on as you demonstrated Ismael.
The only places where it does not show are
1) Both the sidebar & footer column 1 of my blog page, where it displays all posts
2) Both the sidebar & footer column 1 of each individual post
3) the footer column 1 of my “work with me tab”It appears to be the same problem as @chichesterdesign is having.
I updated my temporary login in case you need a closer look
February 27, 2019 at 11:08 am #1072238Hi @ismael I’ve tried moving it to the display everywhere widget area as you suggest but it still doesn’t work.
March 1, 2019 at 3:37 am #1072828Hi,
Thanks for the update.
@artngo: It seems to be an issue with the element manager or the shortcode template class. We may need to access your file server in order to edit the theme files. Please post the FTP details in the private field.
@chichesterdesign: Please open a new thread or ticket and then place the FTP and WP login details in the private field. We’ll have to implement a few changes on the theme files.

March 20, 2019 at 4:54 pm #1080913Hi,
Thanks for the update.
Looks like you’re using a different mailchimp widget called “Sidebar Mailchimp Form”. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with that plugin, so we added the theme’s actual mailchimp widget in the Footer 1 widget area. It seems to be working properly.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 21, 2019 at 12:01 am #1081099Hi Ismael,
I actually used a different widget since it was taking longer than expected to correct this plug-in.
Unfortunately, the enfold MailChimp widget is still not working consistently. Please go through the individual blog posts. The footer and sidebar MailChimp widget does not appear on all individual blog posts.
It also does not appear on the following pages:
Start here page
Blog page
Resources Page
Work with me Page (This is a full-width page, but no widget in the footer 1)It does appear on the following pages:
Home page (footer 1 only as it is a full-width page)
Contact us pagePlease See if you can help me figure out what’s going on.
Thank you for your help.

March 21, 2019 at 12:15 am #1081102Hi,
I just updated the new theme that was released yesterday/today. It seems the update has fixed my problem.
Thank you for your help. Kind of stressful. Lol.
By the way, I am thinking of hiring a developer for my website. Do you know how much they run if I were to purchase from this website?
Thanks,
Art
March 22, 2019 at 8:51 am #1081759Hi,
Great! Glad that the update fixed the issue. If you’re thinking of hiring a developer, you should probably contact our partner, Codeable. You can reach them here.

IsmaelMay 7, 2021 at 12:14 pm #1298927Widget “Enfold Mailchimp Newsletter Signup” is not working for mobile users (iPhone). When I click on “submit” via iPhone, the button is not working. Could you please check in our Footer Section? Desktop Button is working properly.
