Hi
I have suddenly problems with Enfold forms. I have three forms on this site and none of them sends the email thru to the receipient.
No error message. You actually get a messege that the message has been sent.

I found some similar topics from years back, but nothing have solved my problem so far.

Hope there is a solution for this.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

I have updated to the latest version of Enfold. It did not help.

Thanks for that. Did you try out the suggestions listed here? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-. I tried adding a new user to check if your WordPress installation is able to send emails, but I’m not allowed to add or edit users.

sorry for the late feedback. I had to change all the forms on the site to Contact form 7. I am not really happy with this form, but I had no other choice.
The problem is also popping up on other sites as well.
