    Hey Kriesi Team,

    I’ve read a few posts and here’s what I’ve tried so far. As of now, I’m unable to load the “Agency” demo theme to a sub domain of mine. Any suggestions would be great! Chatted with Dreamhost and they’ve commented that there’s nothing left they can try but suggest upgrading to a VPS to provide enough hardware for the theme.

    1. Changed .phprc 7.2 file to the following:
    upload_max_filesize = 300M
    post_max_size = 305M
    max_execution_time = 500
    memory_limit = 256M

    2. Re-installed the enfold theme from the WP dashboard after downloading a fresh .zip file this AM.

    Update:
    3. in the wp-config.php file I tried adding: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

    -still no luck

    Hi,

    Could you try to install it manually to see if that works better? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-. Another option would be to import the shortcodes for the pages you would like, but that can be a bit time consuming unfortunately.
