Email Not Sending in Forms

Hello,

Our customers have been complaining that contact request forms from our website are not being responded to.
They are correct. We no longer get email from the website. We did not change anything.

Please advise.

Hello – more info…the people filling out the contact forms are getting the autoresponder replies.

Hi djsmbd,

Please give us temporary admin access, so we can check on the issue further.
Just post the credentials in private content.
