Hi: my website does not send emails:
1. the contactform does not send it:
2. the administrator email changed back to: (Email address hidden if logged out) by itself. I have tried changing it back but the confirmation mail does not get send
This feels like a bug
We make a lot of websites in enfold, this is the first one with this issue
I have made a testpage with the contactform, I removed this from my homepage because I will miss clients this way

None of these options help
The website changed the administrator back by itself (or after an update) to (Email address hidden if logged out) and i cannot changed this since it does not send an email that it requires to confirm the change.
The plugins are deactivated
I have no other options
I also need to know if I HAVE TO CHECK ALL THE WEBSITE S OF OUR CLIENTS THAT ARE USING ENFOLD
If the site itself cannot send emails then it’s not a theme problem, I would suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can help you out with the problem.
