    Hello,
    I have two websites that are both having the same issues since the update to WordPress 5. When I go to the editor, it stays at at a blank white page like its loading for hours and never opens. If I use the classic editor, it shows the advanced layout builder, but when I click to edit or add a new text box for example it will let me add it but when I click to edit the text nothing happens. I have tried disabling all plugins with no luck. Do you have any suggestions? WordPress 5.1 and Enfold version 4.5.4.

    One of the sites is using network sites, and the second one is a single site.

    Which PHP version are you currently running? If not the latest, please try upgrading to it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I checked your site and tried to load the ALB(Advanced Layout Builder) The pages are loading fine for me

    However, I noticed some errors in the console

    This may be due to plugin conflict or other reasons as mentioned int he below link. Please perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the below link.

    Also noticed you are still using old API key please re-register your theme again

    Thanks for the reply. I logged in and checked the things mentioned. The issue with the builder is, I can see it show up, but when I click the edit pencil on a text box to edit the text, nothing happens. I have tried multiple computers, browsers, accounts, and other ideas and can’t seem to make it work.

    Sorry for the problem and for the late reply. Could you try to update to the latest version of the theme (4.5.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    We have updated to the new 4.5.5 but are still having the issue of not being able to edit the pages.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem, I’m not sure what exactly is going wrong there unfortunately. Did you try to deactivate all plugins like Vinay suggested?
