Hi team, I have a major issue in the theme. I edit the page and click “Preview” – what happens next is that an old version of the website shows in the preview window! I cannot preview the page I am working on. Please help out asap this is very stressful.. Thanks!

Thanks for the update. Please update WordPress to the latest version as well, and make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server.

I tried previewing the only page you have, and that seems to correspond with what is present on the backend. Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem please?

Hi, it is easies to see if you look in the last section with the contact details.
In preview there is a very old version showing (no images of the staff members)
If you look at the published version you can clearly see that the staff members have pictures.

Hi,

Thank you for the inquiry.

The issue seems to only happen on the home page — the preview works properly on a draft page that we recently created (see private field). Please try to save the content of the home page as template, delete the current page and create a new one using the saved template.

But how can I save the home page as a template without using “duplicate page”?

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

The advance layout builder has a template option where you could save the current content of the page in the database, then use it somewhere else. Please check the documentation below for more info.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I saved your home page as a template, then loaded it onto the page which Ismael create, and the preview works as expected there. You can delete the old home page, then set the new one as your home page in the options.
