Hello,
Again, love, love, love this theme.
I went to my child theme and clicked import/export.
Iconfont Manager and followed instructions provided by you guys and imported the ZIP file. got a weird message (can provide a screenshot) and did the same with Custom Font ManagerI see them both in the media library now but the icons do not show in the icon selection areas.
I have done this same thing on many enfold themes – so not sure what is going on.Can someone help me please?
Thanks,

Thanks for that. First off, could you try to update to the latest version of the theme (4.5.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
Best regards,
RikardApril 15, 2019 at 5:10 pm #1091013I went to https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?s_rank=1 and it has 4.5.1
I think that is the one I bought and installed?
Please let me know.April 16, 2019 at 8:30 am #1091289Hi,
If you download the theme package from your Themeforest account then it will always be the latest version of the theme, currently 4.5.5. Please try updating to that to see if it helps with your problem. If you haven’t added a token to your site yet then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

April 17, 2019 at 5:47 am #1091775Hi,
You don’t have to purchase a new license just to download the theme files, they are available for download in your Themeforest account if you log in.
Please check that you have given your token the correct permissions: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

RikardApril 17, 2019 at 3:22 pm #1092037I did the token deal and it says successful.
I still get the same error on importing icons and fonts.Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
Please reload the page, then try againdid you login to see if you could do this?
I see the icons and fonts in the media library two times from the two attempts. Please let me know.
Thanks,

VictoriaAugust 28, 2019 at 1:56 pm #1131597So what was the fix? I also have this problem
August 28, 2019 at 2:16 pm #1131602Sorry, no one ever got us a possible solution. I have used this theme on other servers without this particular issue, so I assumed it was some sort of server permission issue. I just did something totally different (used images instead) and abandoned trying through the font/icon import.
I too would be interested if you guys figure something out!August 29, 2019 at 5:04 pm #1131997Hi madisonstudios1,
I wrote you in private: “You need to have the PHP ZIp extension enabled on the server, otherwise, you cannot import anything. Please, write to your hosting provider.”
Have you tried it?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 29, 2019 at 5:25 pm #1132010Sorry, I do see that you wrote and yes, I did send that to my client to contact his hosting. I got a login to cpanel and couldn’t find that setting. I replaced with svg art another way. Chris

VictoriaAugust 30, 2019 at 12:24 am #1132136I don’t mean to hijack this thread – but I found a *likely* solution – and its not to do with enabling zip in PHP on your server.
My server has zip enabled, and all folder permissions correctly setup. But still getting the “no response from server” error (and icons not showing).
Furthermore, We checked the server logs – and no errors. So it is not a server issue (it is likely a limitation in Enfold)We were trying to upload an icon pack from FlatIcon
The first pack did not work, but we downloaded a different pack and it did work.
So – the problem seems to be something to do with the Icon pack file. It could be as simple as changing the name – I’m not sure yet.
I will unzip each and do some further testing.August 30, 2019 at 2:13 am #1132142So I did some investigating – and the problem is the files downloaded from Flat iron.
Not all the files downloaded have a ‘font’ folder and files (whatever files in there are necessary).
So – only zip files downloaded from Flatiron that have the font folder will work.It seems.
August 30, 2019 at 10:17 am #1132252Hi monopsony,
Yes, you have to upload the whole pack zipped by flatiron.
Glad you got it working for you! :)
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
