Hi,
I cannot see the cookie banner at the bottom of the page in safari browser. In firefox I can see it.
I have installed the enfold version 4.6.3.1

Please check my attached site.

Are you already aware of this problem?
Can you please fix it within the next update? Or do you provide an older enfold version to download?

Hi,

Great, I’m glad that you got it working and sorry for the problem. This fix should be included in the next release of the theme, we don’t have a set date for the release yet though unfortunately.

we take care of so many sites that we have built with Enfold and fixing them all manually is an absolute nightmare !!! 😱

tried to change both files and disabled and enabled script merging but I can´t delete server cache only browser cache and this does not work for me! :(

Hi,

@Blatze Could you please replace /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js in Appearance > Editor? Please make sure to disable “Javascript file merging and compression” in Enfold theme options > Performance, save, flush cache and enable it once again.

If you would like us to do it for you, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and post temporary admin logins in private content field.
