    Hi
I recently changed my domain name and although I think I have changed it everywhere I need to, the Contact Form is not working. Please can you help

    Hey Samphire,

The login page you linked to results in a 404 error on my end, please include a working login page URL in your next reply.

Also, did you test if your WordPress installation is able to send emails? You can do that by requesting a new password, for example.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. Did you try the suggestions listed here? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-. Also please try to disable all plugins, to see if that makes any difference.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

FYI I have spoken to my hosting provider and they say it is an issue with the Enfold form and Office 365 – I can get the contact form to deliver to my Gmail address but not to the Office address. So this is OK for now as I will get the messages but maybe something you should be aware of

    Hi,

Probably we have the same issue. Our SMTP host is smtp.office365.com too.

We just launched a new site and the Enfold contact form does not sending emails to the recipient. Shows this message: Your message has been sent!, but the recipient does not get it.

I turned off all plugins, except an SMTP Mailer plugin. From this SMTP Mailer plugin I am able to send out test emails.

I also tried Contact Form 7. No luck either. Shows this message: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

I tried all the suggestions from here:

except the functions.php file code, but no luck.

    Please advise,
    Thanks!
