Hi there,
We are having a few issues with the Enfold theme. Can you please help with the following?
Issue #1 – Changes are not saving/publishing.
We have made changes to the homepage but do not see them after we save & publish.Issue #2 – We can’t click on the theme options.
No matter which option we click on, we can only view the Frontpage Settings.Issue #3 – Viewing code only.
How can we change it so that we can view and edit using a visual page builder? It was working at one point but now we only see code which is difficult for us to work in.Hey jaba0002,
Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
