Having trouble for a while that I can’t scroll elements up or down in the browser as I did in the past and every time I delete an element it refreshes to the top of the browser for some reason.
Do you have a solution for this?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
