Avia Layout Builder Not Loading For Some Pages. I have tried all the suggested fixes here and online…
-Commenting out sections in template-builder.class.php
-Increasing memory
-Deactivating plugins
-Classic editor stuff
-Other suggestions…I have 10 pages published. 3 of them are larger layouts and the spinning wheel just spins. On smaller page with 1-3 elements, the builder loads.
Please help @Kriesi support staff (@nikko @rikkard @guenter)! Of course, client needs changes asap! Login details in Private Content. Thanks!

I am experiencing the same problem even though I’m using the latest version and WP is the latest version as well. I turned off all extra plugins
I get the spinning circle on ALL pages. It started suddenly last night. I had not changed anything. I am dead in the water, cannot edit my site. Need help urgently. Posted about this in a separate post.
Hello Rikard, I updated to 4.8.6 but the issue still persists. Do you think it might have something to do with folder permissions?
Theme Forest sent me a notification about a new Enfold update today, 8/2/31, and I went and downloaded and activated 4.8.6. No changes. Errors still persist and Avia page builder still not loading.
Also, I tried to switch to classic editor to past short code and try to update the page that way and it didn’t work. When you switch to default editor, it’s blank.
We have 3 people now with this error and we can update pages for clients. Please help us fix this. Thank you…

When loading pages that work and pages where the Avia Page Builder doesn’t work, I get two errors in Console on pages that don’t work….
1. admin-ajax.php 406 (Not Acceptable) related error
-It seems this is related to ModSecurity in Apache/htaccess. I have disabled this and it doesn’t solve the issue.
2. sentry 429 (too many responses) related error
-Not sure about this one…

Thanks for the update. I see a 406 error on the admin-ajax.php file as well when trying to edit your home page. Could you enable debug mode, so that we can copy the content of the page to a test page or test installation please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider as well, to see if they can give you some more information on why the server is responding with that error message.

Can you please outline changes? I followed this https://www.wpsolr.com/avia-layout-editor-loading-integration-errors/. but it’s still not loading.

I’m not sure exactly what the original poster did to solve this, but maybe he or she can share the solution with you. If you need further help with your site, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

RikardI had this problem solved, seemingly, by deactivating SEO plugin. But now the problem is back. There is some other underlying issue that causes this, and it is really troublesome. I will post another separate thread.
I am having the same problem. The layout builder isn’t loading in some pages and I can’t fix it. I have tried with the pluggins and nothing.
If someone can share how to solve it. I can’t change importan info on an specific page at my site.

RikardI solved my problem deactivating “ModSecurity”,.the app firewall in my cpannel. After making the changes I activated again.
