    I am having an issue with the Aria Layout Builder not loading. I have just transferred it from the test site to the live site and on the live site Aria Layout Builder will not work (on the test site it is all working). Nothing on the settings from the test site to the live site has changed. The memory is sufficient, I have tested each individual plug in by deactivating, I have refreshed my browser but no matter what I do it seems that when you try to edit a page it just spins and the builder wont load (when you try to add a new page the builder is not even showing).

    Sorry is this thread supposed to be the support that you offer? Just not very clear and not rea
    ly getting anywhere with this issue?

    Have you referred to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly?
    If you have and that did not help, please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)

    Sorry forgot to say that I tried to update the theme but it came up with an issue. I did have the theme updates linked to automatically update me, but removed this info incase that was stopping the theme updating to latest version. It was something about not being able to find correct url.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, I see that you are running an old version of theme and that is the likely cause of your problems. What happened exactly when you tried to update? Did you try updating manually via FTP? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    No I did not try manually only via site. Where do I get the updated files as I want to test and update the test site as my client has a very important launch today showing the website. I cant risk doing any changes today in case nothing shows. I therefore would
    like to update the theme with a new version on the test site and then after the launch update the files from the test server.
