    Hi – A user down below askes this question:

    “The Avia layout builder seems to not load at all when editing pages. The loading icon just continues to spin. This issue also seems to make the update and preview buttons not function properly. Any known issues regarding this?”

    I have the same problem! But cant see an answer in your response.

    Thanks for the login token, I see the same problem on my end. Could you try to overwrite all theme files via FTP, or simply delete and upload the theme again to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    Did as you asked – can see on the folder the date changed. So must be done correctly.
    But, still cannot use the editor!
    When I try to update the theme Im asked for the token and get this standard message:

    “Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)”

    Hi.
    So is this a token problem?
    I did it all!!
    I got new tokens sevaral times. And I followd the link you send and did it all. And I went on to download Envato Market and paste a token in their setting tap.
    Pleeeese fix it.
    I really need to fix our website. Im just launcing a compaign and need to correct a lot of wrong info on my site.

    To explain.
    I got Enfold a month ago from a friend who toll me to buy it if I wantet to continue working on it.
    Im very happy about it but ran into the problem of the Avia Editor not working. So it way time to buy it.
    So I pay for it an think I did everything correct.
    But the editor still dont work and now I find out that the tokens wont work either.

    Hi Jørn,

    I’m not sure exactly why your layout builder is not loading, but you are getting several error messages when trying to edit a page and some of them seem related to the token you are using so I would ask you to please check the documentation again since it’s not working under Enfold->Theme Update.

    I’ve asked the rest of the team to take a look as well.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I set the Classic Editor to be the default editor to ensure your issue was not related to the Block Editor, I also see that your PHP version is 7.3.6, please try lowering it to v7.1 to see if that helps, this is typically a one click operation in your webhost.

    I changed to v. 7.1 but no apparent change.

    Any other ideas.

    Could it be that it relates to the token. There is not respons a when I press “revalidate or remove the token”

    Tried again to delete Enfold and reinstall. No effect.
    And finaly pressed “Reset all option” – and deleted a lot of work – but no change.

    I changed it back to 7.3.6 when I saw it made no difference.

    Hi,
    I see that you have clicked the “Reset all option” unfortunately there is no restore option from there.
    Are you able to restore your site from a server restore?
    I’m not really sure what is going on, but perhaps we can try uploading a new beta version that has the latest fixes.
    Please include FTP access in the Private Content area.

    Hi,
    What I mean is that there is no restore after using “Reset all option”, but your webhost typically automatically creates backups and perhaps you can restore from a few days ago. If it’s not a big deal to you then don’t worry, I only point this out because I saw your site before and feel bad that you have lost your work now.

    Thank you for the FTP access, I renamed your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.
    Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
    Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.

    But I see that updating your site didn’t solve, you still have an error from: #wp-auth-check-form and you also have: Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato

    Please ensure that your token has the correct permissions checked off, please read here for more info

    Hi support.

    I contacted both Envato support and the support from the host (Dandomain) of the website. Envato didnt get back, but Dandomain. I here translate their answer from Danish. Does this help you.

    I have looked at it with a colleague, and from the log files we can see that the page is looking for a folder under the theme that does not exist.
    A folder called enfold is searched for within the folders folder, and it does not exist.

    Maybe the developers on the theme can see which files are failing from the log files? You can find them in FTP in the root directory.

    You can also retrieve log files yourself if you have made changes and want to see if there are still errors. You can access it through your Dandomain control panel.

    I hope this gets you closer to getting the problem fixed.

    Sorry for the late reply, I reviewed your site via ftp and the theme folder seems to be correct. I also checked the file in the error and it seems to be related to the file compression.
    But I would like to review your backend again but it seems the login needs to be renewed, please check.
    Did your webhost say they could restore your site from a backup a few days ago when it was working?

    Glad you got finally it working for you! Yes, you can try using the token, anyway token is mostly needed for the update, so you still have time. The update will not work without the token :)
