    Hey guys,

    Thank you for this awesome theme.

    I’ve followed all the instructions from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_pZCGBOB2Y and when I click update and refresh the site, the theme advanced layer slider is not there. Please help me understand the problem, thanks!

    Hi ifallach!

    I checked your site but Enfold is displaying. Not sure what you mean by “theme is not there”. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what is going on?

    Hey Elliot,

    I’m terribly sorry, I mean the advanced layer slider. I attached it, but it is displayed as an empty box with some borders, I just used the sample slides from the tutorial and they are only displaying in the slider editor preview.

    Never installed anything called Cloudflare… And I also used ‘dig wp.storesmarts.com’ command to check if I have it, and I think I don’t. This is the result:

    Hey Guys,

    Listen I admire that all of you are answering me, but I rather stick with one support guy. You a temporary admin account and you can see that I don’t have any active plugins…

    I ask you to do something more proactive to solve this problem. I have a fresh wordpress install with Enfold Theme and Enfold Child Theme installed on it.

    Hi,

    I created a test page and it’s working fine there, link in private. I also tried to delete the element from your home page and add it again but it looks to not display right then either, it feels like caching but I could see any plugins to blame for that. Could you try to work off a new page or the page I created instead?
