    Hi guys,
    I have some issue with enfold visual artist template.
    You find belove the issue list. Pictures and confidential information are into the private content area.
    Thanks.

    1) From Mobile devices, image background image do not fit (see img 1). Settings are Scale to fit. See img 2
    2) Paralax on the 2 top images doesn’t work on mobile. Maybe releted to issue 1?

    thank for your reply.

    Actually I have an android, so I was not aware of the problems you suggested me but I see today that the demo online version has the same issue.

    My problem is that I gave for sure that the beavior of your application was correct also on the mobile version. My clients liked that version and we choose to develope it.
    Is there any way to fix it without work around that change the behaviour of the app?

    Your collegue Basil say that you are still working on this.

    Hi,

    Fixed or parallax background are actually disabled on mobile devices by default because of the lack browser support for “fixed” positioned elements or backgrounds.

    iOS has an issue preventing background-attachment: fixed from being used with background-size: cover – see details
    Firefox does not appear to support the local value when applied on a textarea element.
    Chrome has an issue that occurs when using the will-change property on a selector which also has background-attachment: fixed defined. It causes the image to get cut off and gain whitespace around it.

    Hi Ismael,
    I got it. Unfortunatelly maintaining the demo visual artist with the scroll effect will lead people to assume that the theme works fine also on mobile.
    Please apply the changes to the demo as well.
    I also need to be contacted to your customer team in order to explain what this issue has caused to me and my client.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry if the demo is not living up to your expectations. Please tell your client that the background effect is not compatible on mobile view due to lack of browser support, so the site may look a bit different on smaller screens.
