Hi,

I manage to get the Comment issue fixed. Seem like the post have to be re-update or publish for it to be able to show. Didn’t manage to exactly identify how I achieve it.

I have another issue, how do I move the featured image above below the Title and the Author, Comment, Date section.

I tried the recommendation on this post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/post-title-above-featured-image/. It works on the main post itself but it did not work on the all blog post page. http://strategistshub.com/articles/

You,ve been of great help! I very much appreciate your diligence; however, two things haven’t worked out for me yet.

1. I’ve attached a pic of the FOOTER where you´ll notice that despite I have set it as a 3 columns layout, it looks unbalanced (a bit too much inclined towards the left side) I need it to be PERFECTLY CENTRED and showing nothing else but the content on the cental column (the information in the other columns didn’t disappear as I told you in a previous message. I’ve cleaned the WIDGETS area but they insist in showing up as you can see in the screenshot.

2. The quick code to make the social icons black (normal state) and grey when hovered didn’t work. I’ve placed them on top of the page as well but they didn’t catch the quick code neither. Moreover, how could I make the social icons to show perfectly centered on the socket and the copyright info beneath them. Now I’ve given you the whole picture of what I want to accomplish at the button area (footer+socket). I need all this info to be centred and look super clean in B&W.

3.Could you pls give guidance to add another GOOGLE FONT to the theme?

4. Finally I would like to give my visitor the possibility to pause the LOOPING VIDEO at the opening with a single click (it’s linked form Youtube), is there any way to apply this feature to the theme pls?

I hope you don’t find these requests too overwhelming although they surely are, great thanks again!

Thank you for the info I had not received it earlier.

To achieve what you are looking for I had to comment out some css and add the below in your child theme styles.

.html_header_top #top .av_menu_left .main_menu{
display: none !important;
}
.av_minimal_header #header_main .container {
margin-top: -90px;
}
Please refresh the page to clear cache and review the site :)

I don’t know what CSS you commented out. If this fix can be applied again then the logo will appear as it should. Please ignore what is there for the moment as it’s just the logo that’s on the banner image not one that I’ve uploaded.

Hi Jordan,

Thanks for the specifics, I will fix that image. Unfortunately though the top image, for example, is 1500px and it is still not filling the full width of the page on the PC browsers.

Is that a different issue?

I’m using a child theme of course. But I’ve managed it through a template page as mrshaffly suggested.
And i think the hook is ok too, it does not display because it was hidden “behind” a fullwidth slider on top of the page.
Anyway, it’s OK for me now, my client will be happy :-)

This is an incompatibility that makes it impossible to do translations with Enfold. I must get this working because there is far too much money invested in this ecommerce site—it would be impossible to change themes as it is live and the client will hold me financially repsonsible.

The WPML has worked until now on Enfold, so this is a new incompatibility.

Please help out. Let me know if you need furrther data of access. We can turn of WP error logging in this staging site if needed.

Hi,
I was trying to follow this thread https://kriesi.at/support/topic/is-it-possible-to-create-this-headline-effect/
to create a shadow effect to the headline and subheadline in a section of the page, yet I had no results.

Can you help with the right code?

I activated both ALB and named the section ‘venue’, then also added the code for the page id, since I saw nothing changing.

Here’s the code I added:

.venue .av-special-heading {text-shadow: 0px 1px 1px #000 !important;}

.page-id-2650 .av-special-heading.ab-headline2 {
text-shadow: 0px 1px 1px #000 !important;
}

this is the page where I’d like to get the shadow:

There is a style that is pushing the cart icon behind the top bar in the WooCommerce stylesheet. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

.html_bottom_nav_header .cart_dropdown {
    margin-top: -23px !important;
}

The problem I have now is I’m working on a different page, which also has a button on it, and it’s also getting a red border because that’s marked as important. If I remove the important in the above code for border then the border no longer works on my home page which i dont want.

I have rewritten the woocommerce-mod.js script to work with woocommerce 2.6. This is considered a beta release. Use at your own risk.

You can download it at https://mensmaximus.de/dokumente/enfold/woocommerce/wc-26-cart/woocommerce-mod.zip

Installation
1. Download the file to your computer
2. Unzip the file
3. Connect to your hosting account with FTP
4. Navigate to /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-woocommerce
5. Rename woocommerce-mod.js on the remote machine to woocommerce-mod.js_original
6. Copy the local woocommerce-mod.js (see #2) to your remote machine (path from #4)
7. Visit your websites shopping cart and press Ctrl-R to make sure the new script is loaded instead of the old one from cache
8. Done. You have replaced the old script with the new one

I have tested it heavily including min, max and step changes but there might be issues in certain conditions.

Users should report back any issues in this thread.
Supporters should forward this to Kriesi for immediate testing and review (I think it should be rewritten in parts – as for now consider it as hot fix)

This file will be overwritten with the next Enfold update. Please keep that in mind.
