    Hi,

    I’m having some problems with the menu for my site on mobile.

    You get a white patch at the top of the screen, and then it often shows the desktop menu on the top of the page.

    It is intermittent (maybe one in every 20 visits). It only seems to be on iOS (iPhone 5 and 6). It always works properly in private browser however.

    It’s happened intermittently for a while, so isn’t due to any wordpress updates or anything. Any ideas?

    Hey JimmyW1984!

    Ca you please use a service like imgur to upload an image and we can see it?
    We can not get the issue to be honest, so having to be able to define it would be really helpful.

    Also, have you tested it with many / different mobile phones? Or it happens only to one of em?

    Hi there,

    I’ve posted the image in the private area below.

    It happens on several different phones; but only iPhones from what I can see (both 5 and 6). Again though, always works fine if you switch to private browser.

    Seems there are no issues on Android.

    Hey!

    Can you please try clear the cache from those phones and give it one more try?
    based on what you told us, seems more like a caching issue.
