    Thanks Yigit – now I see an misalignment with the top bar and the body of the page (I have the width set to boxed / 1130px)?

    See attached (private). I have so much text to the right of the logo that I’m thinking it’s easier to forgo the header and build it in as a responsive element on each page.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    I’ve recently added WPML (following your suggestion) to my site http://www.rocksheep.net The original language is English, the translation German.

    My problem is that the featured blog posts and the layer slider are not showing on the German version of the page, which is http://www.rocksheep.net/de. I’ve been in contact with WMPL support with no success. It seems like Enfold poses a problem, as the images are showing when I switch to the Twenty Fourteen theme. (Support thread at WPML) What can I do?

    Thanks for your help, I highly appreciate it!

    Hello kriesi supporters,

    I’m facing a problem with the following website: http://www.productfotografie-den-haag.nl
    When you visit the website; all the inactive links from the menu are grey. (#808080)
    But also the active link (home) is grey. But I want active links to be blue-ish (#257b7c).
    How can I make that happen?

    When u scroll down the page, you see how I want it to work. That is how I like it.
    But I’m facing a problem there to; you can see that the active links work. But also that HOME remains active all the time.
    Can I fix that?

    So:
    – When at the top of the page: active link = #257b7c & inactive = #808080
    – When scrolling down: active link = #257b7c & inactive = #808080

    Hope you can help me, thanks in advance.

    Hello!
    I tried a lot of ways to get a popup or modal to work, with and without js, but everytime I click on the link that is supposed to open the modal, the page only scrolls up and nothing happens.

    This is one of the alternatives I was trying out:

    <style type="text/css">#overlay {
         visibility: hidden;
         position: absolute;
         left: 0px;
         top: 0px;
         width:100%;
         height:100%;
         text-align:center;
         z-index: 1000;
         background-color:rgba(0,0,0,0.8)
    }
    #overlay div {
         width:300px;
         margin: 100px auto;
         background-color: #fff;
         border:1px solid #000;
         padding:15px;
         text-align:center;
    }</style>
    <script type="text/javascript">function overlay() {
    	el = document.getElementById("overlay");
    	el.style.visibility = (el.style.visibility == "visible") ? "hidden" : "visible";
    }</script>

    <a href='#' onclick='overlay()'>Click here to show the overlay</a>

    <div id="overlay">
         <div>
              <p>Content you want the user to see goes here.</p>
         </div>
    </div>

    Since I tried various methods, for example with pure css and ::target, I figured that it’s maybe not the code, but something I am doing wrong so the code won’t work well with the theme.Do you know why the modals don’t work? I do not want to use any form of plugin to make a modal, because that really should not be necessary for this normally easy task.
    Any hint appreciated. Thank you very much!

    Kind regards

    Hi Vinay, thanks for your replay.

    Have a look at my shop page below. I hid the cart symbol via quick css as i did not want it in the upper right corner. made it visible again now.
    Now with your code i see both of them. i want it only in the breadcrumbs bar and on the position where you see now the page title (above first category image).

    I know that you ca not see more than about the lower 10% of the breadcrumbs bar on a screen with a resolution between 768px and 1550px . It’s a question in another thread (#744850). You gave my that code there:

    .html_header_top.html_header_sticky #top #wrap_all #main {
    padding: 50px 0 0 0px !important;
    }

    which i cannot use, because it changes all my pages in all resolutions and not only the shop pages.
    Maybe you can tell me first how to change that code for the shop pages only. Then we can go on with the cart symbol issue.

    Thanks, Tobi

    To whom it may concern,

    I was testing out different demo content on your theme and It appears something broke in the process. At the top of the website above the header I see a warning

    “Warning: include(/home/themattnystrom/public_html/nyisco.com/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/Flaticon/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/themattnystrom/public_html/nyisco.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488

    Not sure how to resolve this. I do not want to start removing lines of codes from the source files without consulting anyone.

    Hi,

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 990px) {
    .responsive .av-image-hotspot-pulse {
        height: 30px;
        width: 30px;
        top: -5px;
        left: -5px;
    }}

    You may need to adjust the values

    Hey!

    I edited your page and set header transparency to none – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/ and then added following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .av-masonry-entry { visibility: visible; opacity: 1; }
    .avia_desktop.avia_transform3d .av-masonry-entry.av-masonry-item-loaded .av-inner-masonry {
        -webkit-animation: none;
        animation: none;
    }

    Please review your website now

    I just downloaded the EnfoldGym Demo file into my Enfold theme project. Everything works fine, except that I am disappointed by the fact that the top menu does not reflect what you can see on the demo page (http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-gym/). It shows the default green fonts without hovering effect from the original Enfold theme.
    Is it possible to get the css of the real demo menu, or is it a parameter ?
    Any help greatly appreciated…

    In reply to: Issue with mobile menu

    Hi Thanks Andy,

    Following this means ‘ABOUT’ stops being a functional link on the main menu and I can not click through to the heading page of the ‘ABOUT’ section.

    To clarify, I wanted to:
    – Keep the option of clicking through to each main menu item from Desktop (or by clicking twice in mobile)
    – On mobile menu, be able to click once to reveal the sub menu and click twice to go to the main menu item.

    How can I achieve this?

    Thanks again for your assistance

    Hi Kriesi-Team,

    I am using Enfold and have installed the plugin WPML for different languages and use TLD as URL-format. We habe three domains running under one WordPress-Account:
    .de
    .com and
    .co.uk (see in private content)

    The search field on top of our Website scans the whole content of these three domains. But it just should show the results from the domain you start the search process.

    Could you help in this case?

    Regards,
    Sandra

    ok..
    i think i solved it!

    #avia-menu {
        border-style: solid;
        border-top: 1px solid #000!important;
    }

    seems to work
    ..it’s a bit longer than the last menu item (on the right) but i guess that’s as good as it gets (?)

    Hey Underkult,

    SEO is a deep topic and what you are trying to achieve may need some modifications which are out of our support scope.

    You can try using a SEO plugin like SEO https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ if that does not help you may need to hire a freelancer to do this.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi, Ismael.
    Through your example, we did everything as we need.

    Quick CSS field:

    div table.shop_attributes th {
    width:180px;
    color: #7b7b7b;
    font-style: normal;
    font-size: 12px;
    }

    div table.shop_attributes td {
    color: #486b75;
    font-style: normal;
    font-size: 17px;
    }

    ============
    Please close the topic.

    so..is it possible? can anyone help me?
    i tried adding the following code to the quick css

    #avia-menu {
        border-style: solid;
        border-top: #000000;
    }

    but it doesn’t seem to work, i’m not sure why
    :(

    I checked the web site with my mobile (iOS ) and it worked just fine.
    Can you give us some more informations so we can duplicate the issue?

    Also please not that if you post again and again into a topic, you get it last to the line and make it almost impossible for us to debug.

    Thank you very much

    Hello!

    I’m having some issues with the masonry element, feeding in portfolio entries. I’ve found related topics on this, but nothing seems to be working.

    My goal is to use the masonry element to present several images for display purposes only… meaning you can’t click on the feature image to link to the portfolio item.

    Is there a way to make images in this specific masonry element not clickable? I still need items using the masonry gallery (the image-based version) element in other portions of the site to be clickable though.

    Hope this makes sense! Link in private content

    thanks!

    Hi,

    You are correct! One page menu will not work when you are on other pages. In this case you are going to have to create 2 different menus on menu for just one page and the other for internal pages.

    Please refer tot he below tickets for step by step instruction
    One page menu – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/anchor-links-4/#post-731865
    Different menu for internal pages – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/startup-business-demo-import/#post-736264

    Hi,

    It is not clear what exactly you are trying to achieve. I’m assuming you like to add an extra menu or a different menu on some pages?

    You can use the fullwidth menu element available in the advanced layout builder or refer to these post to create different menus https://kriesi.at/support/topic/startup-business-demo-import/#post-736264

    In reply to: Hotspot Image Stretch

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the delayed response, please be assured we are happy to help you :)

    1. I believe you are referring to the services page image which looks a bit stretched? It appears the image is not big enough or it’s a square image which you are trying to fit in a rectangle space hence it appears skewed. For testing purpose please try a different image which is rectangle and large in size.

    2. This could be due to low memory issue or a plugin conflict. Please increase the memory limit and check.
    To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.

    If that does not work try to deactivate all plugins and check again.

    3. You can add multiple mail receipts separated by a , followed by space as shown in the below format.

     (Email address hidden if logged out) , (Email address hidden if logged out)

    4. If your contact form is not work please try these steps http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/

    If you still have any issue please get back to us with wordpress login credentials and in future please create new tickets for different issue that are not related so it is easy for us to keep the focus on main topic and provide you with quicker solution.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi,

    As I understand you want 2 blog post from 2 different categories(screenshot attached below) to be displayed on all pages when clicked on pagination but in 2 page of the posts it is not appearing correct?

    Unfortunately there is no easy way to display this using the current technique as the pages are created dynamically and only the blog post appears.

    To achieve this you need to create a new page and have the 2 post you like on top. Below the 2 post you can display the rest of the post using ajax so the page don’t refresh when new blog posts are displayed.

    You can give this plugin a try https://wordpress.org/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/

    Best regards,
    Vinay
