Hi Vinay,
Thanks for the response. We uploaded to youtube and their compression and encoding is being used in the latest version we have hosted on the site–and hosted on youtube. The behavior is exactly the same on the test page you set up. We noted 3 different ways of displaying the video. The first is self hosted and used as a background video (doesn’t play just keeps showing the loading gif), the second is self hosted and presented in a video player element (plays fine. note you must hit the play button as video elements are not auto play), and last youtube hosted as a background video (plays fine and is autoplay). All videos used on all three scenarios are the same files. The only difference is the background video self hosted which is having issues. We’ve tried this with all plugins turned off and turned on with no difference.Any idea what’s going on? Thanks!

when I view on ipad it looks ok but is very sensitive to touch
It moves between tabs with just the slightest touchCan this be disabled so users need to tab the tab title to switch between tabs

Hi,
I found that the Woocmerce plugin manager was the on fo the problem as well as the WC3 cache not working properly with Enfold.
The woocommerce tab erroe give this that error message,

I went on the develper webiste and it mentined somthing about the Enfolde them here.
Do you use the Enfold theme from Kriesi? Do not edit the core plugin as the forums recommend — this is an issue with the Enfold theme. Please see the solution here and ask for an updated copy of the theme. wich relays to this.

It works for mobile devices. But now I have a “search” field on the desktop version and on Mobile.
I just want an icon on the desktop version and, if it’s possible, just an Icon on Mobile.

Since Enfold 4.x the text that moves in on the image in the LayerSlider is misaligned, has a grey background and is not reponsive. I am on the latest version Enfold 4.0.5 and LayerSlider 6.2.2.

You truly are great. Such a wonderful customersupport. Thanks. I’ve to admit, part of the question was (and some parts still are) due to my incompetence. My apologies.
I think I found a possible answer. I created parts of the problem myself when I created my own product-page. Cause, creating an productpage of my own, with my limited understanding of wp/php, made me disable parts that my other features that the plug-in Woocommerce Custom Fields needed.
What I didn’t know is…
1. The output of the values I made in product properties (in the plugin Woocommerce Custom Fields) don’t show in a layout I’ve created with the Advanced Layout Builder within the Enfold theme.
2. I’ve also did not understand that I need to make the property public AND have a value within the property.So, now, I’ve added som text into a few properties AND made them properties public AND created a product that uses the default-template within WooCommerce.
So, now I see the values, in other words I see the output I wanted. I still (I’m a demanding person, I know) would like the output to show in my custom template, in other words, I would like to use my custommade producttemplate when I do product-imports via the plugin WP All Import.
So, to summarize, for those interested.
1. Enfold is great. Truly great theme and support.
2. Plugin Woocommerce Custom Fields gives you the chance to add extra fields for both frontend + backend.
3. Plugin WP All Import makes it possible to import and update your product via for example a Google spreadsheet. The plugin can even identify the custom fields created by the plugin Woocommerce Custom Fields.The only caveat, is… that all this happens within the standard default product layout. No offence, but I’d love to have the same possibillities within my custommade producttemplate.

I am trying to lay out a row with 5 columns I want it to be mobile ready and look crisp and well spaced on my homepage on desktops. Each column will contain 3 elements including a title block that covers varying heights. The grid row works perfectly because I can place the title in as a single content element and then put the other material in as a layout element.
The main thing I would like to do is stop the grid row from being full screen. I think it goes better within the entry content wrapper like the row below it.

I have made screenshots, but don¨t understand were to add attachement so that you can see them.
I want the website to stop being responsive at 1600 px. I want it to expand the backgound color, but not content if pagesize goes beyond that. I entered code as shown above to make this happen, and it worked. Except for header area. Header is aligned to the left, so when rest of page is centered header is to the left. It looks off.
When I open inspect on my webpage and turn of float:left everything workes find. But I dont know how to make this happen temporary.
I have used this great enfold theme for my websites and it works excellent.There is a minor problem for which I need your help.
when I minimize the screen on my desktop computer I face two problems.1. I have placed the logo right side initially. but when i minimize the screen the logo moves to the left side.
But I want the logo to be in the right side(same place) even after minimizing.
2.When i minimize the screen, the logo comes to left side and it gets shrinked.I want the original logo on right side and not the shrinked one.In short, I would like the Logo not to get shrinked and run to left side. It must be in the right side without shrinking on minimizing.
I hope you can definitely help me to sort out the issues.

No I am talking about the content sliders. Above the sample videos. The arrows appear on desktop and ipad but not on mobile. See my screen shots I sent in original post. Also, can you remove the link to the screen shot from your reply? The website is private for a client!
Good day. For the Content Slider element, on a mobile device, the arrow control buttons do not display. They display fine on desktop and iPad, but do not show on my mobile phone. I know you can swipe to cycle through the items in the content slider, but I want the actual arrow control buttons to display. Can you tell me how to make sure they appear on mobile? I’ll put in screen shots in the private section of the desktop view and the mobile view so you can see how they don’t appear on mobile.
