    I see that there has been a few questions regarding this plugin, however, the questions were not related to the issue I am having. When I try to edit a thrive form the visual editor stops responding.

    Can you pleas have a look at the site and see if there is anything you can spot that might be causing the issue?

    Troubleshooting I have tried:

    1) set my theme to the WordPress default twentysixteen theme
    2) disabled all plugins – one by one
    3) followed this: https://thrivethemes.com/tkb_item/jquery-conflicts-quick-fix/
    4) created a CloudFlare rule (https://thrivethemes.com/forums/topic/visual-editor-has-stopped-working/)
    5) uninstalled the ThriveLeads and reinstalled (and updated) the plugin

    Hi,

    Great, glad you got it working and thanks for the feedback. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey web4698,

    Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    #header_meta #menu-item-3280,
    #header_meta #menu-item-3281,
    #header_meta #menu-item-3282 {
        position: relative;
        top: -7px;
    }

    Let us know if this helps :)

    Hi,

    If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    I actually think it’s based on preference :) I’ll help you with it. Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    #top .av-countdown-timer {
        opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    Let us know if this helps :)

    In reply to: Slider image flip

    Hi Rikard,

    Fixed my issue. I added #top in front of the class and it works now.

    I do have one issue and that’s when I flip to horizontal, I have to refresh the page to see the caption. Any ideas on this one?

    My client wants to go live by end of today/night. Any changes to get this issue resolved before?

    Thanks
    Lyse

    I edited the css of top menu but at the search results page the design changes?
    I realized that there has been a second flag appeared, I disabled it adding by css, but a “|” came there and it looks also bad (sticked to text) in mobile view. I am very happy with the css style I arranged except search pages.

    How I can I fix that?

    I am setting up bbpress forums using a root page and the [bbp-forum-index] shortcode and the index automatically adopts the styling of my webside except for the title of the first forum in the index. For some reason the link styling, active styling and hover styling are all different but only for the first forum in the index. If I rotate other forums to the top, they inherit the styling problem. I am hoping there is a quick CSS edit that can overcome this issue. Thank you!

    I’m looking to post a 90-second video running as a loop within Fullwidth Easy Slider. I’m wondering what the best file size (and resolution) would be to accommodate both speed of loading and image quality, The original file is 222MB, 1080p.

    The only other time I posted a video loop within FWES, it was 30 seconds long, 1080p, 40 MB.

    The only references I’ve found on this Forum that talk about file sizes for self-hosted videos in Fullwidth Easy Slider don’t give any numbers. They refer to “super-compressing” the video (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/make-video-in-full-width-easy-slider-play-on-mobile-too) and making the file “as small as possible” (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/video-format-2).

    I have a client who is a photographer. He wants to show his photos as sharp as possible on his website.
    Few days ago I did a proposal and he is fine with the propasal EXCEPT he finds that the images are not shown very sharp …

    I had no idea what he was talking about but we did a test today:
    – On one page we didn’t us the Avia Builder, just the standard WP editor and we placed an image on that page “old-school”-style.
    – On another page we used the same image in the masonry gallery, if you click on that image, the large version shows up in a lightbox.

    Om the screen of my computer (an old non HD screen) both images look the same. At least I can’t see any difference.
    But on his screen (brandnew 4k thing) we see A HUGE difference. The image that we placed with the standard editor is way more sharp.

    So it looks like that -on the newest screens- images don’t show very sharp when we are using the Avia Builder …

    Is there a solution for this? What is reason that images shown in a lightbox (from a gallery that is a widget in the Avia Builder) are not as sharp as images that are placed on a page with the default editor. How to solve?

    Can we use a external plugin to avoid / solve this. For example this one: http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/justified-image-grid-premium-wordpress-gallery/full_screen_preview/2594251?_ga=2.151286585.1070701800.1493752092-1348700453.1493752092.
    Is it possible that that plugin will show images “better” then Enfold does? Or do you know another plugin that can do the trick?

    This is the first time I’m in a situation like this. Also because I don’t have a very good screen on my laptop I never noticed any difference between images. But apparently there can be a huge difference.

    I hope you can help me on this one. Thanks!

    Hi,

    My footer is behaving oddly. I have three icons. Sometimes on mobile when there isn’t enough space they show up one on top of the other (correct behaviour) and other times they all combine together on one line and become unreadable. For example see the link in the private comments. Also there is a white line at the top of the footer which I can’t get rid of.

    Thanks for your help!

    This is a new problem. I’ve used this CSS applied to a color section on several websites without issue. For some reason on this new website, when the window is less than 768px wide, the styles are no longer applied. I even tried setting display to none to this color section for screen sizes under 768px but that doesn’t work either.

    Link to the site is in the private content. Here’s the CSS:

    #os-btm-bnr-cs {
    min-height: 550px;
    background-color: #222222;
    background-image: [see below]
    background-position: center center;
    background-size: 100%;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    }

    #os-btm-bnr-div {
    background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.5);
    padding: 20px;
    padding-top: 1px;
    text-transform: uppercase;
    }

    .os-btm-bnr-p {
    color: #ffffff;
    text-shadow: 2px 2px 4px #000000;
    font-family: open sans;
    font-size: 30px;
    line-height: 40px;
    }

    .os-btm-bnr-span {
    color: #00B6DC;
    }

    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

    In troubleshooting I did delete all of the CSS code except this and still had the issue

    @media screen and (max-width: 769px) {
    #top div .av-dark-form input[type='text'] {
       border-color: #C59C5F !important;
      border-width: 1px !important;
      background-color: #ffffff !important;
    }}

    Still had the issue with the Email field plus the addition of anything with a drop down selector.
    The drop down selectors were fixed with the following code, but the email field just wont take the styling, even with all the other CSS cleared out. Is there something goofy maybe with the class “text_input is_email”?

    #top div .av-dark-form select {
       border-color: #C59C5F !important;
      border-width: 1px !important;
      background-color: #ffffff !important;
    }

    #top div .av-dark-form select option {
       border-color: #C59C5F !important;
      border-width: 1px !important;
      background-color: #ffffff !important;
    }

    Hey wolfblast,

    you could create an extra column just for mobile devices, which you can hide on desktop.

    I understand small screens like mobile devices, but desktop as well?

    Did you find out what I have done wrong with my header, and how I can show it in its normal size?

    Best regards,

    Stian

    Rikard,

    Saw your screenshot, however, it is an issue on mobile devices (iPhone & Android as well as some iPads), desktop has been fine.
    See my screenshots above.

    Ok,

    I’ve disabled it but there was never an issue with the desktop.

    Only on mobile and tablet devices.

    It doesn’t appear to have made any difference.

    I’ve just tested it on my phone.

    Thanks,

    Harvinder

    Hi there,
    I have 2 columns in my page (one with content, one has image). Currently the content column in on the left side. In mobile, I want the image column to be on top. How do I set that?
    Thanks!

    #787293

    Hi,

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    #top .av-subnav-menu > li > a {
        font-size: 20px;
    }

    Please make sure that > sign is not converted to – http://i.imgur.com/IDXRZQ3.png in Quick CSS field.

    Hallo,
    bei den Einstellungen ist im Bereich Header der Punkt “Append search icon to main menu” aktiviert. Dadurch erscheint in der oberen Menüleiste in der Desktop-Ansicht das Lupensymbol mit Verlinkung auf eine Suchmaske.
    Wenn man die Seite jedoch am Smartphone betrachtet ist das Lupensymbol und deren Funktion nicht mehr im Menü erhalten.
    Was kann man machen, um die Suche auch am Smartphone im Header Menü erscheinen zu lassen?

    Hello. If you look at preview post 1, you’ll see that a.) top borders are not appearing color sections as specified, b.) section #3 is centering text when it shouldn’t, c.) section #3 is coloring some text White when it shouldn’t and d.) even though specified, the columns are not aligning at the top.

    I thought maybe there was some corruption, so I created a brand new post “Preview Post 2”. The issues come right back.

    I’ve tried killing all plugins. All other pages and posts are fine.

    Thank you,
    Ryan

    Hey Carsten,

    When i login to your site style.css file of your child theme seems empty. Please change custom CSS code to following one

    #header .widget {
        right: 40px;
        top: 60px;
        position: absolute;
        z-index: 999;
        height: 20px;
        line-height: 20px;
    }

    Best regards,
    Yigit
