    Hi guys,

    I installed the latest version of Enfold (4.05) and for a moment the countdown timer was working. 2 Weeks later, I just checked the client websites again, the timer has disappeared…again. This happens on all the different websites.

    Can you please help me fix it once and for all?

    Sincerely,
    Morticka

    Hey Morticka,

    Thanks for providing the login, I have checked your site and found out that the Coming Soon page is using a Countdown Timer (link in Private Content), I noticed that the timer date was set to 11/25/2015, which I think is the reason it disappeared (it disappears after the date expires), I changed it to 11/25/2017 and it was working fine. I have set it back to how it was before. Let us know if it still doesn’t work on your end, if it does, can you tell us the specific page?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    Ahh, yes, I see what you mean, but I meant the timer on the homepage (Home). The countdown timer there disappears?

    Can you help me?

    Sincerely,
    Morticka

    Hi,

    Yes, I have checked it and the timer already expired on the homepage, it is currently set to: 04 / 26 / 2017, we can make it visible but it will only show all 0 since timer has already expired.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    Thx for your quick reply :)

    The timer should be visible at all times, even when the time has expired, right?

    Can you fix it?

    Sincerely,
    Morticka

    Hi,

    I actually think it’s based on preference :) I’ll help you with it. Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    #top .av-countdown-timer {
        opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    Let us know if this helps :)

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    Oooooooow, now I understand!!!! It disappears when it goes to zero!! Duh. I’m sorry, I’ve been really tired lately, my brain turns into syrup when I’m sleep deprived :)

    Thank you very much Nikko, the code works too, you rock!!! :D
