Hi,
@Ruben: We haven’t found a fix yet but it’s still under investigation. We found out that certain elements or containers are being closed unnecessarily or earlier than necessary. One way to fix it is by moving all elements or set of elements inside their own color sections. Have you tried that? Or add the following script in the functions.php file.
// https://kriesi.at/support/topic/responsive-is-not-working-when-delete-some-cell/#post-797402
We’ll give you an update once the issue is fixed.
Best regards,
Ismael

Nope, no caching plugins here. I’ve cleared caches repeatedly, in each of the various browsers. Still no love.
I just saw this message across the top of my WP Settings > General window: “Some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove D:\Hosting\7270199\html\wp-content\advanced-cache.php.”
Could that have anything to do with it? If so, any suggestions how to resolve?
Hi, how can I move the sale bubble so it will be on on the top left corner of the image – https://screencast.com/t/ADFfrbBH – and how can I change the color of the bubble background and text?
Thanks!
Hi
Any way of being able to move the Breadcrumb and title bar to the mock up in the photo attached? What we have now is the top image but I would like to move the breadcrumb and title into the content section.
Do I have to go through the process of activating the breadrcumbs as a shortcode to be able to do this? I only want to do this move on pages that have a Colour Section at the top. I find the breadcrumbs to be in the wrong place for the user experience.
Image here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jdn343t5yuicoak/BREADCRUMBS-MOVE.jpg?dl=0
Also do you ever plan on allowing breadcrumbs on Transparent header options?
Thanks
Ed

Hey cipriana,
Can you try to have that text with issue to show only in Desktop and Ipad and crete a similar one which is using a smaller font size and show it on mobile (hide in desktop and ipad). There is an option in layerslider which you can see here: http://imgur.com/a/27oas
Hope this helps :)
Best regards,
Nikko
Sorry I’m not being clear :) The site with the issue is KGH, ie, with the slider – what’s happening is the slider is underneath the logo and header area as if it was set to have a transparent header, but the page is set to no transparency. So instead of centered captions it looks too low but in fact the top portion of the slider is under the header. For BWC the slider sits under the header as it should with the test slider I have there.
Hey MassimoDiFelice,
For 1 & 2, try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#top #wrap_all .text_input,
#top #wrap_all .text_area,
#top #wrap_all .select,
#top #wrap_all .avia_ajax_form .button {
border: 2px solid #fff !important;
}
Let us know if this helps :)
Best regards,
Nikko
I’ve tried the code block/embed code on this test page:
https://www.missouriartscouncil.org/homepage-experiments
The fourth cell on the first grid row uses Enfold’s Video Element with a YouTube link. Just the link shows.
The fourth cell in the second grid row uses the Code Block Element with the YouTube embed code. An image shows, but the visible dimensions of the fourth cell are different than the other three that contain Image Elements. This throws off the appearance of the entire row.
So the code block/embed code method does not solve the problem.
Compare the appearance and behavior of the grid row as it appears on the current homepage:
https://www.missouriartscouncil.org
This row was created with the fourth cell set to contain Enfold’s Video Element with a YouTube link. I switched out the YouTube link on March 10. It worked then and still works perfectly, just as using this method has worked perfectly since I launched the site last July.
Each cell on all three of the rows (the actual homepage and the two rows on the experiments page) is formatted for a top alignment and no padding. The Video Element on the homepage is formatted 4:3. Each cell also has a custom background color identical to the color section below it, #e2eaf5. The background is not, however, visible on the homepage grid row.
BTW, the top video is created via Fullwidth Easy Slider using a YouTube link. I created a new Fullwidth Easy Slider with a different YouTube link. It worked perfectly. The problem seems to be isolated to Video Element.
Hey Justin,
Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
.responsive #top .avia-slideshow-controls a {
display: block !important;
}
}
Let us know if this helps :)

Nikko
Hi,
Please change following code
.html_elegant-blog #top .big-preview {
width: 50%;
float: left;
margin-right: 50px;
}
to following one
.html_elegant-blog #top .big-preview {
width: 44%;
float: left;
margin-right: 50px;
}
Then you would need to adjust width in this code
.blog .entry-content {
width: 42%;
float: left;
}
Featured image size is actually 350x350px, please see screenshot in private content field below :)
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi,
Please replace the code with following one
.vert_icon, .hor_icon {
display: none;
}
.toggle_icon:before {
content: "\e875";
font-family: 'entypo-fontello';
left: 5px;
position: relative;
top: -4px;
}
.activeTitle .toggle_icon:before {
content: "\e877";
font-family: 'entypo-fontello';
left: 5px;
position: relative;
top: -4px;
}
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi Yigit,
I like it!!!!
I added the following to center the text:
.page-id-731 p {
text-align:center;
}
Can I go ahead and removed the following CSS code from my custom stylesheet in my child theme:
.html_elegant-blog #top .big-preview {
width: 50%;
float: left;
margin-right: 50px;
}
.blog .entry-content {
width: 42%;
float: left;
}
page-id-731 .big-preview.single-big img {
height: 350px;
min-height: 350px;
max-height: 350px;
}
page-id-731 .blog .entry-content p {
text-align: center;
}
page-id-731 .post-meta-infos {
display: block;
font-size: 0.9em;
position: relative;
top: -330px;
}
page-id-731 .html_elegant-blog #top .post-entry .post-meta-infos, .html_elegant-blog .avia-content-slider .slide-meta {
border-bottom-style: solid;
border-bottom-width: 1px;
border-top-style: solid;
border-top-width: 1px;
clear: both;
display: block;
float: left;
margin-top: -225px!important;
padding: 2px 0!important;
text-align: center;
width: 100%;
}
.html_elegant-blog .av-vertical-delimiter {
display:none!important;
}
.page-id-731 .blog .sidebar_right {
display: none !important;
}
.page-id-731 .blog .av-content-small.units {
width: 106% !important;
}
I’m only left with the image resizing but would rather find a solution without having to add another plugin.
Thanks
Lyse
Is there a way to get all logos showing on mobile. I have 6 total logos, 5 column carousel that works on desktop..where you use the arrow to see the 6th logo.
The 6th logo hidden because not all logos render on mobile. And there is no carousel on mobile.
Thanks,
Justin
Hi
The easy slider images on my website, TrevorJohnston.com have strangely disappeared. Clicking on the image title below any of the portfolio thumbnails brings up a “detail” page for that image. An easy slider in the upper left corner displays (at least it should) close-up details within the main image. At some point recently, those images stopped appearing. Strangely, if I use Inspect Element for the easy slider, the images appear, then disappear again once I move to a different page.
I am using the Tab Content Element on three of my pages. The tech said he added css code and they are working. Two of the pages are working but the third one is not. There is no content on the first tab, it is pushed to the second tab. The content from the second tab is pushed to the third tab and the content for the third tab is on top of the second tab’s content.
This site is now live so it needs to be fixed asap!
I also need to know how it was fixed so I can apply it to my other website as well.
Below is the information to access the pages.
Hello, we created a multi-site for client, looks amazing in every browser we’ve tested except microsoft edge. In edge, the top navigation appears and thats it! Not sure where to begin to trouble shoot this, please help.
Best,
Jay
Hi, I have a site that has one page that looks and feels different from the rest of my site. On this page, we have successfully changed the logo image with CSS, but the client would like the logo to also LINK to a different site than the rest of the site. I found this topic on adding a function: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-logo-url-on-some-pages/ with this snippet but is there a way to also state where the logo should link to? Thanks!
add_filter(‘avf_logo’,’av_change_logo_url’);
function av_change_logo_url($url)
{
if( is_front_page() )
{
$url = “http://link.to/img.png”;
}
if( is_page(‘contact’) )
{
$url = “http://link.to/img2.png”;
}
return $url;
}
Hi everyone,
I have attempted to add the AVVO icon to my client’s header.
The website is http://beechlertomberlin.com/
I followed your direction and changed the functions.php this way:
// We’ll use the Kriesi.at glyph for this example
function avia_add_custom_social_icon($icons) {
$icons[‘AVVO’] = ‘AVVO’;
return $icons;
}
And added this to the css:
#top #wrap_all .av-social-link-AVVO a:before{
content: “”;
width: 120px;
height: 29px;
display: inline-block;
vertical-align: middle;
background: url(http://beechlertomberlin.com/wp-content/uploads/avvo-logo.png) no-repeat center center;
background-size: contain;
I added this link into the url in the social profiles area:
https://www.avvo.com/attorneys/27103-nc-christopher-beechler-1727453.html
I uploaded the AVVO image to the website:
http://beechlertomberlin.com/wp-content/uploads/avvo-logo.png
Everything works, except that I still have the Fontello Icon in the header rather than the AVVO image. How can I get the image to render there??
Hello Rikard,
Sorry to bother you with this again, I will really appreciate your help.
Is there a way to make card appear on first load here in normal size – https://www.dropbox.com/s/jta5zrj99c8vsdl/lady-card.jpg
Currently it appears very tiny for a fraction of a second, and then it hides behind top slider, and it starts to appear when you start to scroll. Could be cool to see this card right away as on my screenshot, and begin to scroll as soon as card hit top of port-view
Hi,
Please firstly create a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Then copy unmodified enfold/framework/php/class-form-generator.php file and paste it inside enfold-child folder and find following at the top and remove it (please do not remove PHP opening tag)
if ( ! defined( 'AVIA_FW' ) ) exit( 'No direct script access allowed' );
and then add following code to Functions.php file of your child theme
require( 'class-form-generator.php' );
Then open class-form-generator.php file in your child theme and find
echo 'jQuery(document).ready(function(){ jQuery(".avia_datepicker").datepicker({
and add following code right below that line
beforeShowDay: function(date) {
var day = date.getDay();
return [(day != 0) && (day != 6)];
},
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi,
Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/ and hide or display certain elements on mobile/desktop. This is the simplest way of changing layout on mobile.
If this is not what you meant, please elaborate a little bit more. If explaining with screenshots will be easier, you can upload them on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi,
I added following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.html_top_nav_header.html_header_top.html_header_sticky #top #wrap_all #main {
padding-top: 80px;
}
please flush browser cache and review your website
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi,
@YongyanLi: That sounds like another issue. Please open a new thread then post the login details.
For the original inquiry, please remove the previous modifications then add this code in the functions.php file:
function ava_custom_script_mod(){
?>
<script>
(function($){
function a() {
var search = $('#menu-item-search').clone();
search.addClass('mobile-search-icon');
search.insertBefore('.cart_dropdown ');
}
a();
})(jQuery);
</script>
<?php
}
add_action('wp_footer', 'ava_custom_script_mod');
In the Quick CSS field, add the following code.
#top .mobile-search-icon {
width: 50px;
position: absolute;
top: 33px;
right: 150px;
list-style: none;
text-align: center;
}
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
.mobile-search-icon { display: none; }
}
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi,
I added some more custom CSS code to the top of your Quick CSS field. Please review your website :)

Hi. I have an issue like the person below:
Hi,
I have another question re the closed discussion:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/link-color-in-topbar-transparent-header/#post-782424
The text and link colour in topbar is OK now on desktops, laptops, but on mobile and tablets the whole topbar is now not visible (on my home and 404 pages where I use transparent header). The topbar text there is all white as it should be, but on mobile devices the transparency does not work, so the topbar text is not visible.
Could you help me, please?
Monika
——————————————–
My Issue is my home page is using a transparent background header so the top bar (above main menu + logo) is transparent. On all other pages the top bar is set to green + its rext links etc are set to white in the THEME settings.
When I view only the home page on a mobile device – the top bar background is not green – it is on a white background. Because the text + social icons for the top bar are white they cannot be seen. Can the GREEN background be applied to the homepage header which is transparent??
Hi there
Can you tell me how to make the menu text in the bar above the main menu bigger please. I want to make the “contact us” link in this bar (top right) the same size as the phone no. and e-mail address.
Thank you!
