Hi guys,
I’m writting you beacause I can’t go through my problem. I found topics here but anyway I can’t solve the issues…
So I have the mailchimp widget in my footer and it is not possible to translate the title text, the email field text and the button text.
I find the Widget Title in WPML string translation and I translate it but it is still in english.
And I can’t find other texts in WPML and in Loco translate.
You will find in Private content all informations to look at.
Thank you very much for helping I don’t know what to do D:
Regards,
TA
Hi,
We can’t tell when the next update will be released, but please try the solution posted here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/tabs-sections-dont-work-in-firefox/#post-805471
Hope this helps.

Hey MaktubJolie,
Can you try the solution I posted here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/tabs-sections-dont-work-in-firefox/#post-805471 It might have something to do with the special characters.
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi Rikard,
Thank you! This one worked perfect!

Hi Rikard,
Thanks for your reaction. The link is https://ccfactory.nl/werk/. I want to increase the vertical and horizontal gaps and make the images square, see http://nl.tinypic.com/r/15zjais/9
Before the last Enfold update this code was working:
#top .isotope-item {
z-index: 2;
padding-bottom: 4%;
}
But since the last update it look like: http://nl.tinypic.com/r/2wo9dux/9
Cheers,
Jaap
Hey,
I’ve managed to remove the parallax effect on the store full width header images in my functions.php but the image quality isn’t ideal as it is still pulling in the 1500px image instead of the full size one.
This code looks like it should give me the solution: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/product-category-pages-full-width-page-banner-and-description/
But it seems to not be fixing up the issue I am having.
Could you let me know if that fix is out dated or where I’m going wrong.
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please try this code in the functions.php file.
function ava_custom_script_mod(){
?>
<script>
(function($){
function e() {
$('#top select, #top .avia_ajax_form .select').prepend('<optgroup disabled hidden></optgroup>');
}
e();
})(jQuery);
</script>
<?php
}
add_action('wp_footer', 'ava_custom_script_mod');
Best regards,
Ismael

I’ve created a duplicate of the slider. Is there a way to switch between sliders based on screen size? I’d like to use the fixed size slider for desktop and responsive slider for mobile devices.
Kevin
I’m having the same issue with the latest version of the theme and WP. In Slider Settings, if I select Fixed Size, it works on desktop but mobile tries to display the larger image (not responsive) and it’s off-center. If I select ‘Responsive’, it works on mobile view but the desktop display the same issue. The image is not resizing to boxed layout.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Please try
#top .post-entry-21 .no_margin.av_one_fifth {
margin: 0 auto!important;
}
and let us know if that works

Hey Ismael,

Hi
I got some problem with Nordic letter ö, ø in the Content Element Accordion. I try to paste some text into a toggle area. (to the wysiwyg area) A text without ö/ø in the title
Here is the text that I put in (tried several times with and with out ø, and every time the ø is used in the accordion it crashes):
——–
The largest Nordic retailer of electronics, white goods etc.
Around 400 psychical stores, 5 web shops and 9100 employees
Head quarter in Lørenskog, Norway, and warehouses in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Greenland and Faroe Island
Elkjøp webshop: http://www.elkjop.no
——-
Then save the element works but not save the Portfolio Item/Page or Post. The “saving Avia layout builder wheel” is spinning and never stops…
Any ideas how to fix this bug?

Hi Rikard,
I still have the issue after clearing cache. Sitename (url) is written right on top of svg logo.
I also need to ask; can you provide an addition to this code, so we have the possibility to change the logo for the feature “sticky header/shrinking header”, and still keep it an svg? I have a challenge with logo positioning in sticky/shrinked header.
Thankyou/Frederik

Hi Kriesi,
I’m trying to add a picture of myself in my frontpage header, but the top is cut off. I’d like the picture to be placed in the bottom right corner, and have some empty space at the top.
Currently, I have tried to place the image as the background in a color section, but then the top is cut off. I have also tried to add the image as an image in a column, but then the placement is wrong.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Kristian
Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top #header .avia_mega_div > .sub-menu > li {
padding-top: 0 !important;
}
#top .av-main-nav ul a {
padding: 8px 10px !important;
min-height: 13px !important;
}
Best regards,
Rikard

I want to remove the image on the left that previews the blog post. I’ve looked through several other posts trying them, but nothing I try is working. (this picture: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-remove-the-picture-icon-on-blog-posts )
Would love some direction on how to get rid of this.
Hi,
Add the following to quick css if you decide to have the menu on the bottom:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1200px) {
.html_header_top.html_logo_center .logo{
left: 0!important;
-webkit-transform:none!important;
-ms-transform: none!important;
transform: none!important;
}
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) and (min-width: 996px) {
.html_header_top.html_logo_center .logo{
left: 0%!important;
-webkit-transform:none!important;
-ms-transform: none!important;
transform: none!important;
}
.logo img{
width:800px!important;
}
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 996px) and (min-width: 767px) {
.html_header_top.html_logo_center .logo{
left: 0%!important;
-webkit-transform:none!important;
-ms-transform: none!important;
transform: none!important;
}
.logo img{
width:620px!important;
}
}

Hey Picante,
1. Add the below code to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
.push-right{
position:absolute;
right:20px;
top:50%;
transform:translateY(-50%);
}
@media only screen and (max-width:767px) {
.push-right{
position:relative;
right:auto;
transform:none;
}}
2. Add the below html in Enfold > Footer > Copyrights
<div class="push-right"> Text you like on the right side </div>
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Please try adjusting the padding size. For mobile add this code with a different amount of padding:
@media only screen and (max-width: 427px) {
.anchor { padding-top: 90px; }}
Best regards,
Mike
Hey giaco_he,
Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.template-shop div.product div.summary {width: 100%!important;}
#top div.product .woocommerce-tabs {top: -10px!important;}
}
}
Best regards,
Mike
