I need help urgent
Dear Team,
I have just updated my theme and WordPress version to the latest one.
I am getting this issue on my website.
I tried to restore to previous backup from hosting site. Unfortunately it did not work.
I will appreciate if you can help me to fix the issue.

There has been a critical error on your website. We had a working socket-only footer before I updated to the most recent version of Enfold, and now we don’t. Everything else is working fine; just can’t see the socket footer. The footer settings have not changed; I checked them carefully and they seem fine — but the socket is not visible.
I’m sending you credentials for the staging site. I tried to roll the theme back to an older version but no luck.
Also note that I’ve seen a similar issue in the support form (#1323070) and I tried Rikard’s suggestion in Reply #1323093 to turn on the parent theme. When I did this, then yes, the footer widgets and socket did appear. However, when I tried copying and pasting the parent header.php into the child theme header.php per Rikard’s suggestion, I got syntax errors. There is a LOT of customization in my child theme and there seems to be some redundancy in the child theme header.php with the parent theme code in its header.php. Bottom line is I’m not clear where to copy the header.php from the parent theme into the child theme (do I overwrite any of the child theme code?), nor am I clear where the customization starts in my child theme.
Since the issue is clearly with the recent theme update, I’m hoping you will find a simpler solution for me and others to get our socket footers back, without having to mess with the header.php code.
Thank you in advance for your help. — Bonnie
I am working with a graphic designer and they have asked me to animate a Google Charts — Gauge
found here: https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/gaugeI got it working properly with specific colours in a basic html page here:
https://new.jddpacific.com/gaugehtml/When I try to add this into a Footer using either Custom HTML Widget or even Text Widget e.g., here:
https://new.jddpacific.com — there is a strange light grey background behind the Google Gauge. Even stranger is the link above only displays the embedded in page gauge — clicking on Sample Page in the menu will display the animated gauge in the footer . . . both are displaying the strange background NOT seen in the basic html page at the second link above. The Designer I am working with wants this animated gauge in the footer of a live website.
I have tried wrapping the lines of code in the
tags -- that stopped the whole thing working.
Help getting this working with a transparent background would be amazing . . .PHP 7.4 on Litespeed server, latest version of Enfold and also latest version of WordPress.
Hi Enfold Team,
i noticed problems in the WooCommerce editing a product in the admin backend page some days ago, where trying to upload a product image did not result to the usual word press media upload lightbox pop-up, but opened this full screen page instead:

Today I noticed more errors:
1. on the edit product page really on the bottom the typical WordPress critical error message:
“Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website. Bitte überprüfe den Posteingang deiner Website-Administrator-E-Mail-Adresse für weitere Anweisungen.
Erfahre mehr über die Problembehandlung in WordPress.” [German, I think you understand it ;-)]
but I didn’t get an E-Mail.
The design of the different boxes at the bottom also looks weird, see the following screenshot:

2. Then I checked the status logs via WooCommerce Status => Logs and found in the fatal-errors-2021-09-29-5031f9e9da7ced79a89a9a3a601565b6.log a large number of these errors:
2021-09-29T16:44:52+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught TypeError: Argument 1 passed to AviaBuilder::handler_wp_dbx_post_sidebar() must be an instance of WP_Post, instance of stdClass given, called in /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 303 and defined in /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-template-builder.php:507 Stack trace: #0 /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(303): AviaBuilder->handler_wp_dbx_post_sidebar() #1 /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(327): WP_Hook->apply_filters() #2 /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-includes/plugin.php(470): WP_Hook->do_action() #3 /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php(723): do_action() #4 /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-admin/post.php(206): require('/kunden/454493_...') #5 {main} thrown in /kunden/"REMOVED_CUSTOMER_NR"/webseiten/"MYPAGE"/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/class-template-builder.php in Zeile 507(I removed details of the log because this is public, the unfiltered one is in the private tags)
All my page details/plugins and installed versions (everything is up to date) I also pasted into the private content below.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, something seems seriously wrong here and I can’t edit images of products anymore…
Thanks guys!

Hello,
we have a problem with our custom font size and color settings. They get lost in the translated versions of the web (via WPML). Sometimes when we update and sometimes even when we just save a page.
Is there a way to avoid this and why does it happen?
We also created tagbased menus and after updating the site to PHP 7.4 the menus in all languages except the original language (English) got lost.
It is very annoying as we keep losing hours of work quite often.
We do use a child theme. And I have another questions – our shop menu is a collection of tags that are assigned to products. Is it possible to add a text once the user has clicked one of the tags e.g. Oily Skin – meaning when he gets the selection of the products that have this tag, it would be ideal to have a description on top of these products giving more insights (maybe also a photo/ banner).
Thank you,
JuliaHi
